I'm excited to clarify some details about our membership programs at A Walk in the Park. Our primary goal is to provide your dogs with the best care and experience possible. To achieve this, our membership program is designed to foster a consistent and familiar environment, which is essential for the well-being and success of your furry friends within our daycare.

Dogs thrive on routine and familiarity, which is why our memberships are based around weekly visits. We've crafted a system that aligns well with the monthly calendar by organizing it into four consecutive weekly visits starting from the first Monday of each month.

Here’s a quick overview of how it works:

  • Each membership level corresponds to a specific rate.
  • The monthly membership fee is calculated as four times the daily rate, providing simplicity and transparency in billing.

It’s important to note that while most months will align with this structure, those with a fifth week will be handled separately. This fifth week is not included in the monthly fee, as our pricing is based on a four-week cycle. This is to cover consistent operational costs, such as labor, ensuring that we can continue delivering high-quality care without compromise.

Although the fifth week is billed separately, participating in it is entirely optional. We appreciate every bit of support you provide, as it enables us to maintain the high standards you’ve come to expect from us.

We truly believe in the benefits and value our services bring to your dogs’ lives. Your ongoing engagement is crucial for us to continue offering exemplary care.

Thank you for your trust and for allowing us the joy of caring for your furry family members. We are dedicated to providing you and your pets with the best service possible.

Warm regards,

Dirk and the Team at A Walk in the Park
