I want to thank all of you for your sympathies and support after the passing of Lica a month ago. This has been a difficult time for all of us. For me, I know the dogs and the staff need me, so I want to be there for them.

We took the Covid pandemic seriously, because I feel responsible for my staff. That is why we closed the lobby and did not allow anyone to enter the facility. I’m hoping to start opening up for tours again in the coming months. We also want to resume our training classes. And of course we want to start our dog walks again. It all depends on where the pandemic is going, so we are keeping our eyes on that. However, curbside drop off and pickup is here to stay, because it is a much better experience for the dogs.

I would like to send you some information about the ranch and the dogs on a regular basis, so keep an eye out for these newsletters. I hope I can share with you what we learned about the dogs, things you might not know, and why we implement certain policies. The dogs always come first, so if we find a way to make their experience better, we will try to make that happen.
