Taking care of all the dogs that come through our doors is a privilege. Every day we engage with all these beautiful creatures, we play with them, snuggle with them, hang out with them, love on them and care for them. We know that the experiences they have determine their outlook on life, both inside our facility and outside in the world. We continuously educate ourselves on the latest research on canine behavior, we are engaged with other canine care professionals through programs we take part in, conferences and seminars we follow and we always review our protocols to see if there is a better way to do things. We want to take a moment to highlight our protocols and the importance of providing accurate information. Your active participation and cooperation are key to ensuring the well-being of your dogs.

1. Reservation Protocols: we request all clients to make reservations for daycare and lodging by 8 PM the evening before the day you plan to bring your dog. At this time, we create crucial paperwork for our handlers, providing them with essential information about the dogs in their care. This includes details about playgroups, best friends, specific information on allergies, behavior, and more.

You can make reservations in the following ways:

Through the Gingr app.

Via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., including the day(s), drop-off and pick-up times, and any additional services you require (lunch, dinner, enrichment, bathing, etc.).

By calling us and leaving a reservation on our voicemail, using extension 3. Please note that extension 1 is for clients new to our facility.

2. Grooming Appointments: with limited space, grooming appointments (excluding baths and nail trims) should be scheduled exclusively through our reservation specialist. Your cooperation is appreciated, as this ensures we can accommodate your requests effectively.

3. Reservation Specialist's Role: kindly refrain from requesting our handlers to add services or create new reservations. Their primary focus is on providing the best care for your dogs, and additional tasks can lead to oversights. All reservations and requests should be directed through our reservation specialist.

4. Complete Gingr Profiles: for dogs lodging with us, it is vital that we have accurate and up-to-date information in their Gingr profile. This includes details about your dog's diet, feeding frequency (we recommend a minimum of two times per day), medication with information on its purpose, and original packaging for emergency situations.

5. Marking Food Bags: if you bring food for your dog in daycare, the bags must be marked with your dog's name, your last name, and either 'lunch' or 'dinner.' We do not serve breakfast for daycare visitors, as it's prepared before our doors open at 6 AM.

6. Vaccination and Fecal Tests: we require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo, Bordetella, and canine influenza vaccines. Additionally, we request fecal tests every six months to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
