As we step into the fall season, I wanted to share some insights and updates that reflect our unwavering commitment to providing the best possible care for your four-legged family members.

1. A Tight-Knit Community: Our daycare is more than a facility, it is a family. We have a wonderful group of dedicated members who bring their dogs to us regularly. This community spirit not only fosters familiarity among our furry friends but also creates a warm and welcoming environment where your dogs can thrive. It makes our place exceptional.

2. Our Two-Week Rule: The safety and health of your dogs are paramount to us. That's why we have a "Two-Week Rule" in place. If your dog has recently visited another daycare, lodging facility, or accompanied you on a trip outside our area, we kindly request that you wait for two weeks before returning to our facility. This precautionary measure helps maintain the well-being of all our dogs.

3. Our Attendance Requirements: Our attendance requirements are thoughtfully designed to create a familiar environment where dogs can thrive. This structured approach transforms their demeanor, promoting appropriate play and allowing us to introduce toys in playgroups – a unique feature that sets us apart.

4. Welcoming New Clients: For new clients, our application process is designed to ensure a seamless introduction to our daycare. We take our time with new dogs, allowing them to choose whether they'd like to join a playgroup. Our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for each dog.

5. Personality Profiling: Understanding your dog's unique personality is essential to us. We create a personality profile for each dog, assessing dimensions such as extraversion, openness to new experiences, and agreeableness. This knowledge helps us tailor their experience and ensure they shine during their time with us.

6.Preventing Overstimulation: We believe in a structured environment that prevents overstimulation. Unlike daycares that offer "all-day play" only, our approach offers variety and ensures that dogs don't outgrow the daycare experience, because they can choose to engage in the activities they prefer to participate in.

7. Bonding and Positive Reinforcement: We firmly believe that creating a strong bond with your dog, playing with them, and communicating in a way they understand is the key to having a well-behaved and content companion. Our emphasis is on positive reinforcement techniques rather than using harsh methods to force submission.

Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pets. We are honored to be part of your dog's journey and look forward to continuing to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for them. If you have any questions or would like to discuss our services further, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Wishing you and your furry friends a wonderful autumn season ahead!

With warm regards,
