Attendance
What is your attendance policy?
To make sure dogs are comfortable at the ranch, they need to be familiar with our facility and our staff. Dogs that are comfortable will be happier and experience less stress.

Assessment
What does the welcome assessment include and involve?
The welcome assessment is an important tool not only to determine if the ranch is the right place for your dog, but also how we can help your dog.

Lobby Times
Why are you closed in the middle of the day?
By closing the lobby for drop off and pick up in the middle of the day, we are actually able to focus on the dogs, instead of running dogs back and forth, with all the arousal it creates in the dogs. Dogs are able to settle down and can engage in the enrichment activities we provide.

Structured Day
What does my dog’s day look like in daycare?
We offer a structured day for the dogs in our care, taking into account their individual needs and personalities. The dogs will receive individual attention, plenty of opportunity for socialization, physical exercise as well as mental stimulation.

Pictures & Videos
Where can I see photos and videos of my dog?
We take a lot of photos and videos of the dogs during their stay. These get posted on a private Facebook group, just for our clients. You can see what they are doing, what they enjoy during their stay and who the other dog friends are that they like to hang out with!

Vaccinations
What are the vaccination and health requirements?
For the safety of all the dogs in our care, we need all dogs to be fully vaccinated for Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus as well as rabies, Bordetella and Canine Influenza (both H3N2 and H3N8). We require fecal tests results every 6 months.

Reservations
What does it mean to have my reservation waitlisted?
We will place reservations that are booked several weeks or months in advance, on a waitlist. That does not mean we cannot honor the request, we simply want to make sure that all the requirements, including attendance, will have been met.

Overnight Essentials
What do I need to provide when my dog stays overnight?
We only need you to bring your dog’s essentials: food, preportioned for each meal and labeled whether it is lunch or dinner and, if applicable, medications in their original packaging.
